01 Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, including when you fill out a quote request, call or email the office, or become a customer. Depending on what you’re asking us to do, that can include:
- Your name, address, phone number and email address
- Information about the property, vehicles or business you want insured
- Date of birth, driver’s license number and household member information
- Prior insurance history, claims history and current coverage
- Payment information when you buy a policy
We also collect information from third parties as part of underwriting, including motor vehicle records, claims history databases, consumer reporting agencies and insurance companies.
Separately, this website collects basic usage data through cookies to see how the site is performing. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
02 Nonpublic personal information
As an insurance agency we handle what the law calls nonpublic personal information, meaning personally identifiable financial and health-related information you give us or that we obtain in connection with an insurance transaction. We treat that information as confidential.
We do not sell it. We do not disclose it to anyone except as described in this policy or as otherwise permitted or required by law.
We restrict access to nonpublic personal information to the people who need it to do their job for you, and we maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards intended to protect it.

We use the information we collect to:

- Submit applications to insurance companies and place coverage
- Service your policies, process changes and assist with claims
- Contact you about renewals, coverage reviews and policy matters

04 How we share your information
We do not sell your information to third parties.
We share information as needed to do the work you’ve asked us to do, which means disclosing it to:
- Insurance companies and their underwriters, in order to quote and place your coverage
- Claims adjusters and service providers working on a claim
- Consumer reporting agencies and underwriting databases, as part of the application process
- Service providers who support our business, such as website hosting, email, and agency management software, and who are expected to keep it confidential
- Regulators, law enforcement, or others where the law requires or permits it
05 Text messages and phone calls
If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may call or text you about quotes, coverage and your policies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP.
We do not share phone numbers or SMS consent with any third party for their own marketing. Consent to be contacted is never a condition of buying anything from us.
06 How we protect your information
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we hold. Access is limited to people who need it to serve you.
No information system is completely secure, so while we work to protect your information we can’t guarantee absolute security.
07 Your rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it if it’s wrong, or ask us to delete or stop using it. Some information we’re required to keep for regulatory or recordkeeping reasons, and we’ll tell you if that applies.

08 Former customers
If you stop being a customer, we continue to handle your information the same way described here. Leaving doesn’t change how we treat what we already hold.
